Registration and CV experience -

a candidate completes their personal contact details and specifies directly relevant experience
for the role.

Personality -

The candidate completes a personality test and their profile is matched to that of a role. From this a percentage fit is calculated.

Subject Matter -

The candidate is presented with timed experience related questions relevant to the role being
applied for.

Logic -

The candidate is presented with questions that test the ability to quickly evaluate a problem.

All questions have been prepared by experts in their field. Questions are automatically selected randomly to ensure each test is unique to the role.
Detailed scoring and ranking
A score for each of the 4 sections is collated and an overall percentage match calculated. This is then used to rank the candidates.
Instant feedback
In addition to the online ranking table, each candidate's results are immediately emailed to the agent detailing a breakdown of the score.
